In 1972 championship table on the north coast and the beaches of Huanchaco Pacasmayo start. Table tournaments were accompanied by traditional Hawaiian feasts ‘Luau’. Surfing becomes more popular as time goes on, eventually some huanchaco people (for this study only the natives and descendants of fishermen) are added to the world of surfing, probably in borrowed tables because it was a dream to buy a nearly utopian. Until the mid-seventies it seems that surfboard to ride waves is used by locals continuously. Since then it has increased the number of huanchaco people surfers but undoubtedly remain a minority.
